Casimir Effect was formed in November 2010 and started playing in Manchester and Northwest venues in March 2011.

Venues where the band performed include, The Jackson’s Pit, The Castle Hotel, Ducie Bridge, Kraak Gallery for Butter Bridge, MOHO live, Gullivers, The Witchwood, The Roadhouse, and The Snow Goose.

In what can only be described as "incredible periods of inactivity" the two naughty boys behind Listen To have finally got their fingers out and created the all new Listen To Manchester.
