Hot Vestry are an Experimental Indie Rock band from Macclesfield, England. They formed in 2009 and have played all around the north-west. They have played several venues in Manchester, including The Roadhouse, Club Academy and Sound Control. They have played with the likes of Badly Drawn Boy, The Chapman Family, and The Ruskins. Recently, they have also supported New Order’s DJ set. The quartet’s success is even more impressive when taken into account there age, all four are just teenagers. The bands enigmatic and energetic performances haven’t gone un-noticed, and have won the band much deserved praise. The band were crowned ‘Best teen band in and around Manchester’ by Halcyon Days Magazine.
