From the dizzy heights of Stockport S.U, where they played their first gig in Feb 2005, DGG have moved onwards and upwards, perfecting their sound on Manchester’s live circuit before building a strong fan base with gigs across the North of England. They enjoyed a great year in 2006, winning a North West Bands competition as well as gaining support slots with the likes of The Marble Index, Gliss, Ali Love and The Children and performing a barn storming set at the In The City festival to an ever increasing army of fans.

"Daisy Goes Green seem anything but ‘green’ and present themselves as a force to be reckoned with." -BBC Manchester

"They rip through their set demanding attention and respect with well-structured songs and great lead vocals….their performance leaves the audience knowing they’ve witnessed a set from a band that is not your average Manchester band." -Glasswerk

Great live band! Thoroughly enjoyed their last gig - well worth going along to. stars! (And the drummer’s pretty hot, too.)

Great sound and full of energy live. Scally is a great track.

My sister fancies the lead singer …. shame they don’t allow her labrador in the gigs!!

Just listening to ‘scally’ on your myspace page. Nice intro but then it sort of loses it a bit. Maybe the energy when you play live hasn’t quite translated properly.

Have your say!

Next gig

No upcoming gigs. Boo.

Nearly there!

In what can only be described as "incredible periods of inactivity" the two naughty boys behind Listen To have finally got their fingers out and created the all new Listen To Manchester. Over the next few months we'll be adding loads of new features, but we'd love your help with the site as it stands right now.

So if you spot any problems, or have anything to say at all about the new site (comments, criticisms, great ideas that we can steal and become millionaires with) then get in touch!
