Popular Salford night promoting music with influences from Turkey, the Mediterranean, the Middle East and Manchester. Live music is from one of Manchester’s most undoubtedly original acts - Paula Darwish & The Country and Eastern Band. Darwish was born in England to Arabic parents and plays a rare fusion of English, Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish music. Her band, the Country and Eastern Band fuses rock with eastern rhythms and melodies and relies on a careful balance of the familiar with the unknown to create a new and unique sound.

In what can only be described as "incredible periods of inactivity" the two naughty boys behind Listen To have finally got their fingers out and created the all new Listen To Manchester. Over the next few months we'll be adding loads of new features, but we'd love your help with the site as it stands right now.
