Formed in 2008 in Manchester.
Nicotine is inimitable in the fact that it is half-Canadian, half-English. With the Canadian half of the band bringing in influences such as: Guns N’ Roses, Smashing Pumpkins, and Nirvana, and the English side bringing influences such as Pink Floyd, Radiohead, and Led Zeppelin, the resulting sound is noticeably large and unique. Nicotine has the huge and heavy riffs of a dirty rock and roll band yet still manages to write the catchy and melodic songs so prevalent in the UK music scene.
