Unconscious Jungle are a Manchester based 5 piece with a sound combining elements of folk, psychedelia, 20th century dance themes and choral harmonies. In between discussion of tea drinking preference and etiquette and eating home-made delights a la Luke’s mum, the band practices in a cosy garage in south Manchester and lay down their tracks in a sordid demi mansion in Preston. The band name, stemmed from a spiritual rum-induced word game deep in the Amazon rainforest, is a symbol of the intimate connections between the earth and our consciousness. We hope you like our sound.

Nearly there!

In what can only be described as "incredible periods of inactivity" the two naughty boys behind Listen To have finally got their fingers out and created the all new Listen To Manchester. Over the next few months we'll be adding loads of new features, but we'd love your help with the site as it stands right now.
