hey I see you rated the Geeks GeEkgiRL launching their album with a special night at Night and Day - Saturday 2nd Dec, from 9pm with The Tender Machine and extra long set from themselves. Tickets £3 in advance, or between 9-9.30 on the dorr, £5 after 9.30. Hope to see you there.

Hey dude, the studio’s tucked away behind Morrison’s, it’s been going about 4 years now but only a few people have heard of it! We’re working to change that at the moment, it’s a great place to record. The Earlies have done all of their stuff here, and King Creosote / Micah P Hinson / Windmill / GeEkgiRL / loads of other top artists :)

Indeed I was a little harsh. I listened to Croydon Library (DDT Mix) first and thought it pretty cool. Not generally my misical genre preference, but nonetheless good - 3-stars. Then I listened to ‘For All We’ve Done’ and thought it OK, but not as good as the first. I think 2-stars is harsh, but I’d already set a precedence with my first rating and wanted to express the fact that I like Croydon Library better than For All We’ve Done so I only gave it 2-stars. Maybe it should’ve been 4 and 3 instead!
